At the Lotus Retreat we believe the first step is to move out of your busy head and into the present moment.
Our team is here to spoil and pamper you with indulgent spa treatments, massages, facials, body wraps and scrubs for a whole new you.
Combined with ancient practices of meditation, breathing, yoga and nature walks our treatments provide a holistic approach that help awaken the body to its natural intelligence allowing your immune system to revitalise and enhance your well-being.
And there is nothing like the majestic mountain backdrop and natural energy of the Cape Winelands to quieten the mind and bring tranquillity to the soul.
Our approach to conscious cooking is not only fun but a great way to spend the weekend learning about food and how to heal our bodies . We pair these delicious and healthy meals with locally selected wines.
In the true spirit of gathering, it doesn’t matter where you are along your journey, you will leave our retreats with simple tools to incorporate into your daily practice. It’s easier than you think.
