 About The Event

It takes an extraordinary kind of place to make you feel like you are being held in the arms of Mother Nature.

A place that reminds us about our core values and why we hold them so dear to our hearts.

A place of stillness that allows us to ask ourselves pertinent question of how much of ourselves we lose to the hustle and bustle of the world around us.

Where: As close as Franschoek is to Cape Town – just a 60 minute drive – you’ll find yourself in another world entirely

Date: 11/11/2022

Cost: R 5 800 per person sharing

            R 8 300 single

What you can expect:

We honour the well-being of the body, mind, and soul by allowing the stillness of the surroundings to captivate your thoughts, calm your mind and rejuvenate your soul.

We use meditation, movement, delicious vegetarian cuisine and nature to help you to connect to yourself and to experience the universe with all your senses.

You will start your day with sun salutations on the yoga deck overlooking the lake.

When you’re not dipping into the tranquil water or soaking up the gentle rays of the sun on the water’s edge, you’ll be traversing the mountain trails surrounded by flora and fauna or enjoying a relaxing massage.

The Heart Space:

The heart of the retreat is where we get together to set our intentions, connect with other likeminded woman and enjoy delicious vegetarian cuisine prepared by our in house chef.

The Healing Centre:

The healing and meditation centre has been built in the woods which allows us to

Incorporate the principles of Forest Bathing (or Shinrin-Yoku in Japanese) an age-old practice of being quiet and still in a forest, to allow the energy of nature to calm your mind and feed your soul.

Our evening mediations and sound journeys will guide you to embrace the beauty of the human experience as it is and help you to come home to yourself.

Accommodation:

The off grid pods are organically built from the natural rock provided by the surrounding mountains and have been designed to be a place where you wake up to the simplicity of life - where simply breathing in nature’s rhythms is a meditation.

Their thick walls and thatched roofs help to maintain an even temperature in summer and winter.

Single and share accommodation available.
