Enjoy an incredible moring of Breath Work and Sound Healing as you go inward, on a journey of deep relaxation in the exquisite grounds of the Artemis Estate, surrounded by glorious views of the Franschoek mountains.

Fiona’s work has received worldwide acclaim for her profound heart-opening voice and music which conveys innocence, authenticity, and devotion to listeners, bringing you into a state of bliss and healing.

By incorporating the ancient technique of Breath Work, Mantra, Sacred Music and Sound Bowl Healing, you will feel inspired to rise into your highest way of being, while experiencing deep healing and personal transformation.

We will end our morning of mindfulness with a beautiful Tea Ceremony and a contemplative walk through the Labyrinth.

For those who are able to linger a bit longer, we will be serving a simple plant based light lunch which you are invited to join.

Artemis is the ancient Greek goddess of the moon and untamed places. She is the guardian of every living creatures’ imagination and untamed inclinations.

Artemis is the name given to this piece of beauty in the Franschhoek valley. It is a free flowing playground, created by two artists, Andrea Desmond-Smith and her late husband Kobus Stander.

It is a a place where ones’ soul is deeply touched by nature. - with so many nooks, crannies and art instalation around every corner one can’t help but be creatively inspired.

It is a place that invites you to come to stillness, to enjoy the views, the peace and tranquility. Walk the labyrinth. Stroll through the water gardens with the Lotus flower ponds and return to who you really are.

Breath work - to awaken the body and still the mind.

Essential oils - we use essential oils to help the body, mind and soul connect deeply in order to facilitate transformation.

Sound journey - Tibetan and Crystal bowls for deep healing.

Guided Meditation - to promote deeper relaxation.

Tea Ceremony - to ground you back into the present moment.

Labyrinth walking - so that you can truly leave what no longer serves you behind.

A light plant based lunch will be served and you are welcome to join if you are able to stay longer.
