About The Event
Knowing how to overcome limiting beliefs so you can move forward with your life is all about accepting things about yourself that you’ve resisted for a lifetime. This is why limiting beliefs are so pervasive and long-lasting. At the lotus retreat our team has years of experience in helping you discover your main blocks to living your best life.
It helps tremendously to realise that the conscious you, doesn’t hold these beliefs, but an unconscious part of you does and by using modalities like yoga, meditation and a more mindful approach to how we have always done things, you will leave with a new skill set to take forward with you.
What to expect
- Discovering the unconsious mind lecture
- Morning yoga/ nature walks - Guided meditation - Teas and juices - Vegetarian meals based on gut health
Because we tailor treatments and techniques based on individual needs we accept only 1 - 4 persons per program. Groups of friends work excellently.
We offer two rooms, each sleeping two people.
