Are you wanting to spend a morning connecting with nature & improve capacity to manage stress better ?
In today’s fast paced life it is becoming ever increasingly important to set time aside to slow down, to connect mindfully with ourselves and let our bodies relax and come to ease.
“ I can’t meditate, because I can’t stop my thoughts!”
We hear this all the time, especially from people who want to start meditating.
I have some good news. You don’t have to stop your thoughts in order to meditate. That’s just a myth.
When we engage our senses on the taste and texture of chocolate, our mind calms down making meditation fun and easy.
What to expect ?
- Forest & Garden Walk
We start the relaxation process by slowing down and spending time amongst the trees and gardens to connecting with nature.
- Essential Oils for Wellness
You will learn what essential oils are good for stress, how to use them, and then play a "smelly" game to sample which oils you like the best.
- Tuning Forks & Sound
This fun and interactive part of the workshop allows you to work with vibration and frequencies which helps restore and heal parts of the body that are out of balance.
- Mindful Chocolate Meditation
The deeper value of using chocolate as a mediation tool is that it helps you reconnect with your senses.
When we engage our senses on the taste and texture of chocolate, our mind calms down making meditation fun and easy.
- Labyrinth Walk
The Labyrinth has long long been used as a walking meditation by many ancient cultures and is said to be a symbol of the Self.
We end the day by walking the Labyrinth and connecting with our inner - being.
Who would Benefit from this Workshop ?
If you think about it, our lives allow nearly zero downtime. Our tech- and info-driven busyness doesn't let our brains recharge.
There's no relaxation time or stillness that allows the body to relax and the nervous system to calm down. Which is why we are seeing such a dramatic increase in anxiety and depression.
Meditation helps us find this inner calm. It’s a way to regulate our reaction to stress and manifest good health
