About The Event
Learn to breathe in deeply and bring your mind to your body.
This retreat has been designed for anyone wanting to learn how to quieten their mind and drop deeper into relaxation methods using guided meditation and breathing techniques.
We use the chakra system as the basis for all relaxation modalities. It’s quite easy to balance your chakras although much more relaxing and enjoyable if someone else balances them for you so you can savor the relaxing experience. Sounds, smells, colors, and even foods can be used for balancing chakras.

HOW TO BOOK

2. We will agknowledge your reservation with an email that provides further details of the retreat. Please reply to let us know if you are interested in the 3 or 5 day option.
