This retreat has been designed for anyone wanting to learn how to quieten their mind and drop deeper into relaxation methods using guided meditation and breathing techniques.
We use the chakra system as the basis for all relaxation modalities. It’s quite easy to balance your chakras although much more relaxing and enjoyable if someone else balances them for you so you can savor the relaxing experience. Sounds, smells, colors, and even foods can be used for balancing chakras.
