This retreat has been designed for anyone wanting to learn how to quieten their mind and drop deeper into relaxation methods using guided meditation and breathing techniques.
We use the chakra system as the basis for all relaxation modalities.

Because we tailor treatments and techniques based on individual needs we accept only 1 - 5 persons per program. Groups of friends work excellently. We offer four beautifully appointed rooms, with single and sharing options. All the rooms have A/C and WIFI.
