About The Event
Our detox packages (3 or 5 day options available) can be life changing, enabling you to put your full attention on your heath and wellbeing. This allows you to eliminate toxins and tone the body safely and effectively while we take care of your personalised program.
Ideal for weight-loss, kick-starting a healthier lifestyle, eliminating excess fluid and re-energising skin and body.
WHAT TO EXPECT & HOW TO BOOK
Activities are based on individual needs, so it is up to you. Our goal is to stimulate your body into detox and revitalise mode. We restore wellbeing to the body with our signature Detox wrap and lymphatic drainage massage to facilitate the elimination of bloating and water retention. On average our guests loose anything between 13 and 18cm
We encourage deep rest and gentle twists in morning yoga - all levels welcome. We will share in the bounty of all the Cape Winelands has to offer with delightful nature walks surrounded by majestic mountains to bring fresh air and life force to the soul
The weekend is all about sumptuous vegetarian Detox meal plan that have been created to aid the digestive system to balance. It’s about deep restorative rest with plenty of time for naps, reading or journaling.
Create a life that feels good from the inside and not one that just looks good from the outside.
HOW TO BOOK

2. We will agknowledge your reservation with an email that provides further details of the retreat. Please reply to let us know if you are interested in the 3 or 5 day option.
3. When you're ready to confirm your booking, kindly send us proof of payment to contact@thelotusretreatct.com or SMS/WhatsApp 0827405637. (Please note, without payment we unfortuanately cannot allocate you a confirmed space.)

ACCOMODATION
Because we tailor treatments and techniques based on individual needs we accept only 1 - 5 persons per program. Groups of friends work excellently. We offer four beautifully appointed rooms, with single and sharing options. All the rooms have A/C and WIFI.
